You need to learn to reset your mind and your body. When you do this, it can make your hormones balance and can help your immune system to be strong. When your mind is always moving and is out of control, what can you do to better your life?

Someone that is in medical school realizes that relaxing is something that can help the body. You have to have balance. You might love to run but after you run you need to stop running and rest. When you balance your mind, body, and soul, you will see that things are calmer.

Things like sickness or a pandemic might cause you stress, but you need to learn to feel the stress and then let go of it so that you can heal from any damage that is inside of you.

Damage can come to your mental state when you are always stressed and anxious. This will cause you to have symptoms such as being aggressive, depressed, angry, and sad. You might also be tired and feel like you are not able to do things.

Sometimes stress doesn’t have physical symptoms but as time goes on and you stay stressed, chances are that you will experience things such as insomnia and other health effects.

Even if you don’t notice it, you are always resetting in your life. Homeostasis is something that isn’t just physical, but it works with your whole being. This is when you can rest and your brain, cells, and other parts of your body start to heal.

Science has proven that calming yourself and resting can help you to have better respirations, lower your stress level and help you to get rid of health problems such as inflammation.

Even medical studies have shown that you can heal your body when you rest.

Be Still and Silent

You need to learn to be still and silent. Take time to think about sleeping which is the closest that you can compare to being silent and still. When you calm down, your heart will slow down, and you will see that you are feeling quieter in your mind.

Look at how silence is needed when you are going through these things:

  • Fear of love.
  • Being separated from someone.
  • Having unity.
  • Suffering.
  • Being in pain.
  • Needing to be renewed.
  • Stress.
  • Comfort.
  • Doubting yourself.
  • Resisting things.
  • Being aware.

You can choose to have positive things in your life, or you can choose things that are stressful. Learn to be aware of who you are and what you are going through. Find ways to have security and peace in your life. Learn to see what you are feeling but to have self-worth along the way.

When you go through something hard, it can cause you to be confused and cause you to miss out on your silent times. It is a time though that you need to let your spiritual self to be stronger and where you need to learn to have balance and positivity in your life.
